Q: What’s the difference between consulting and full project management?
A: Consulting helps you define scope, budget realism, and sequencing before (or instead of) a full build-out. Project management adds day-to-day trade coordination and progress accountability against the plan. Many investors start with consulting, then engage PM when the rehab is green-lit.
